Exchange & Return Policy

Order Inspection Upon Delivery

At Bliki, we want you to shop with confidence. You are welcome to open your order and try the items while the courier is waiting.

• If you decide not to receive the order after inspection, only the shipping fee will be charged.
  
• If you wish to return a single item after receiving your order, a new courier pickup will be arranged, and additional shipping fees will apply.
• If the courier has already left and you later request a return, new shipping charges will apply.
• Requests for a different size or a replacement item are treated as a new shipment, and standard shipping fees will apply.
• In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, Bliki will cover all shipping costs related to the exchange or return.

المعاينة عند الاستلام

في Bliki، نحرص على أن تتسوقي بكل ثقة، لذلك يمكنكِ فتح الطلب وتجربة القطع أثناء انتظار مندوب الشحن.

• في حال عدم الرغبة في استلام الطلب بعد المعاينة، يتم احتساب مصاريف الشحن فقط.
  
• في حال الرغبة في إرجاع قطعة واحدة بعد استلام الطلب، سيتم إرسال مندوب جديد، وتُطبق مصاريف شحن إضافية.
• إذا غادر المندوب ثم تم طلب الإرجاع لاحقًا، تُحتسب مصاريف الشحن مرة أخرى.
• في حال طلب استبدال المقاس أو استبدال قطعة بأخرى، تُطبق مصاريف شحن جديدة.
• في حال وجود عيب تصنيع، تتحمل Bliki جميع مصاريف الشحن الخاصة بالاستبدال أو الإرجاع.
