We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During sales, holidays, or new collection launches, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Within Egypt

We ship to all governorates across Egypt.
Delivery usually takes:Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business daysAlexandria & Delta: 2–4 business daysUpper Egypt, Red Sea & other governorates: 3–6 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and destination.

Please note that dispatch time might take longer due to high seasons-sales, unexpected events or availability of product.

At Bliki, we want you to shop with confidence. You are welcome to open your order and try the items while the courier is waiting.

If you decide not to receive the order after inspection, only the shipping fee will be charged.
If you wish to return a single item after receiving your order, a new courier pickup will be arranged, and additional shipping fees will apply.
If the courier has already left and you later request a return, new shipping charges will apply.
Requests for a different size or a replacement item are treated as a new shipment, and standard shipping fees will apply.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, Bliki will cover all shipping costs related to the exchange or return.

في Bliki، نحرص على أن تتسوقي بكل ثقة، لذلك يمكنكِ فتح الطلب وتجربة القطع أثناء انتظار مندوب الشحن.

في حال عدم الرغبة في استلام الطلب بعد المعاينة، يتم احتساب مصاريف الشحن فقط.
في حال الرغبة في إرجاع قطعة واحدة بعد استلام الطلب، سيتم إرسال مندوب جديد، وتُطبق مصاريف شحن إضافية.
إذا غادر المندوب ثم تم طلب الإرجاع لاحقًا، تُحتسب مصاريف الشحن مرة أخرى.
في حال طلب استبدال المقاس أو استبدال قطعة بأخرى، تُطبق مصاريف شحن جديدة.
في حال وجود عيب تصنيع، تتحمل Bliki جميع مصاريف الشحن الخاصة بالاستبدال أو الإرجاع.
